  • Who is this suitable for?

    Anyone who has a project that they want to complete.

    It might be something with an end goal in mind, like the first draft of a novel.

    Or you might want to commit to spending time on your art every day to see how much you improve.

    As long as you know what you want to do, I am here to help you do it.

  • What if I don't know what I want to do?

    It would be helpful to have a clear goal in mind when you start so you know whether you are getting closer to it over time.

    You can book a discovery session with me to chat about what you might want to do, or book a single coaching call to pin down what's really right for you.

  • What if I don't do what I've planned for the week?

    It depends.

    Sometimes life happens and our plans have to change a bit to adapt to that. That's OK, we can adjust your goal and keep going.

    At other times, there's something more going on.

    Procrastination and self-sabotage are usually rooted in fear.

    We can discuss what's really happening inside you and find a way to deal with that so that you can get going again.

  • Can you really help me stop procrastinating?

    I think so.

    You wouldn't be here if you weren't open to making changes.

    Procrastination is a symptom of something, it isn't part of who you are as a person. We can find out what might be causing you to keep on putting things off and come up with a plan for tackling that. 

  • What if I don't like being told what to do?

    That's OK. Nobody is telling you to do anything.

    Why not think in terms of setting goals for yourself that you want to achieve and updating me on how they are going. I'm just here to remind you that your goals are important and you deserve to be able to reach them.
